What is the COD Charge?

For a COD purchase you have to pay only Rs. 45/- extra on an above the delivery charges (if applicable), as COD charge. First time COD orders are subjected to telephonic verification. Failing which the order will get auto-cancelled.

Kindly note the minimum and maximum order for COD

Minimum Value of Product – Rs.100

Maximum Value of Product – Rs. 1500

As per company policy, if COD orders are cancelled once after the dispatch of the item then the same customer is not eligible for COD orders in future. But customers are allowed to cancel COD orders before dispatch and no such penalty will be applicable.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9073884747 or email us at support@boiwalaexpress.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send the product back.
